This cuts down on the noise and foot traffic up and down the stairs. The grounds are well kept, there is plenty of parking, and I feel safe to walk our dog after dark. Moving to Park Place was the best decision for us.
I have seen all of the management changes, good and bad but this change has been the best for this place. The office staff is friendly and always helpful and the maintenance guys are always on top of it! Any time I see any of them they say hello or wave and they know me by name.

I've lived here since Jan. of 2014, and the it's been a roller coaster of how well it's doing. The pool's relatively clean compared to most apartment complexes. There's a little grilling area near it that's pretty cool if you ever want to have a pool party with a few friends. Lived here a year, it was perfect for our budget at the time.
They're fast with small maintenance repairs such as light bulbs, but it did take almost a week to get a new dryer when mine quit on me. As a graduate student, I am one of the youngest in the community that I'm aware of. So it is an older community but it's very quiet. Overall it's a great place to live, would renew my lease if I was staying in Lexington.

The population tends to be either retirees or working professionals. The community feels safe and we have experienced no issues with car break-ins that sometimes occur at other rental properties. The apartments are larger than many available on the market in Lexington. The wood burning fireplace is a great plus on cold nights in the winter. The community is certainly not the newest available and some of the indoor features are beginning to show their age. My only recommendation to management is considering an update to the kitchen cabinets and bathrooms to compete with more contemporary communities.

I have been living here for about 8 months now and my husband and I are ready for our lease to be up. The appliances are nice, but its very small pantry. When we moved in, I found a box of rice that had been painted over by maintenance left from the previous renter.
