Great on the surface, but after living here and dealing with their lackluster employees, I won't be renewing my leases, nor will I recommend anyone live here. If anything, I'm going to make sure people know of all the pitfalls this complex currently has as well as all the future issues they're going to have. Avoid this place and rent elsewhere...anywhere else is better than here.

To help their community watch the event, they set out fun masquerade masks, popcorn, snacks, and decorated the community spaces like a red-carpet runway. The Pointe at Applewood Apartment Homes community in Calgary, AB, enjoyed their annual summer BBQ! The residents had a blast and everyone was grateful to connect on such a beautiful summer day.
The management takes excellent care of the property and makes me proud to have visitors. After living here for over a year I love it even more! Great pet areas for walking dogs, do wish they would fence in a spot to let them off leash. My car was broken into within two weeks of living there, but haven't heard of any trouble since.

We have had them come out 4 times to "fix" our unit and maintenance guy just keeps telling me to "turn if off for a few hours and then turn it back on and it will work." During the summer! We asked for a new unit and all they did was put a new work order in. Only thing I like is the size of the bedroom and the staff is nice and respectful. The Creek on Park Place is surrounded by fine dining and entertainment venues, and is just minutes away from Six Flags Over Texas, Hurricane Harbor, The Ball Park in Arlington, and AT&T Stadium.

This cuts down on the noise and foot traffic up and down the stairs. The grounds are well kept, there is plenty of parking, and I feel safe to walk our dog after dark. Moving to Park Place was the best decision for us.
Enjoy smarter work days in our innovative co-working space "Think Tank," then unwind by the saltwater pools. This is used to inflate the costs of rent, insurance, maintenance, dues and property taxes for the length of time you will own the home. The mature trees around our property certainly attract a variety or birds. We are sad to see you all go, but please think of us should you ever find yourselves back in Kentucky!
